Once received, our team will review the patient benefits and start the authorization process with the insurance.

Patient Contact & Pharmacy Preference

Once approved, our team will reach out to the patient and see if they have a preferred pharmacy they want the medication to be filled at.

Rx Sent to Preferred Pharmacy with Savings Ensured

We transfer the Rx to the patients preferred pharmacy and make sure all appropriate savings are applied.

Pharmacist Follow-Up and Monthly Tracking

Our pharmacists follow up with the patient to make sure their clinical questions are answered and make sure to track their monthly progress and no doses are skipped.

Automated Refill Reminders Sent at 75% Usage

Automated texts are sent when 3/4 of medication supply is used to ask if theyd like to have a refill placed for them.
